Fundraise for Carevan

Do you want to host a morning tea to raise money for Carevan? A Movie Night? Weekly Dog-Walking? Whatever your idea, we’d love to hear from you! Please fill out the below form and our Fundraising Co-ordinator will get in contact with you.

  • Be sure to include the details for the event (name, duration, what it involves, how much you hope to raise, etc).

  • By registering my interests to hold a fundraiser on behalf of Carevan, I agree that my fundraiser is subject to approval by the Carevan Foundation and that all monies raised will be donated directly to Carevan within 5 business days of the completion of the fundraiser.

    I agree to act honestly and in a manner consistent with Carevan Foundation’s anti-discrimination, harassment and bullying policies. This includes no unlawful conduct, sexual or other harassment, bullying, discrimination or use of discourteous comments or images.

    I agree to not to speak to the media on behalf of Carevan Foundation, unless permission is granted. Likewise, I agree to contact and consult a Carevan Foundation staff member with any media opportunities that arise from my fundraiser or event.

    I authorise Carevan Foundation to use names and/or any photographs of fundraiser participants taken in newsletters or at site locations, press releases and other publications produced to illustrate and promote Carevan Foundations work;

    I agree to take reasonable care of my own health and safety, as well as the health and safety of those around me, whilst conducting a fundraiser or event for Carevan Foundation; including immediately reporting workplace incidents or risks to health and safety as soon as they occur

    I agree that the Carevan Foundation name and/or Logo must not be used to market the fundraiser in a way that may lead supporters to believe that Carevan itself is conducting the fundraiser, for example; NOT ‘Carevan’s Garden Morning Tea’, but instead please use ‘Garden Morning Tea, raising money for Carevan’.

    I agree to not purport to act on behalf of the Carevan Foundation while holding my event or fundraiser, and agree to direct all enquiries about the operation of Carevan to a Carevan Foundation staff member.
